Founded in Kentucky, with an office with Texas, JEM Services is a family-owned and locally operated company with a national reach. For years, we’ve built trust by keeping things simple: doing honest work, staying on schedule, and never cutting corners.

Our team has extensive experience in modular building construction, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, concrete, asphalt, and building access systems. We also handle the technical side of modern infrastructure through our Division 27 and Division 28 teams.

That means we’re not just contractors; we’re integrators. From network infrastructure installation to access control systems for secure facilities, we help clients bring every piece of their buildings to life, inside and out.
